Data and how we use it

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, subject and message to respond and follow up on your wholesale enquiry. Verification and request limits protect the form from spam. Do not send sensitive information or children’s personal data.

Cookies and analytics

We store your privacy choice in local browser storage. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics and only when configured. You can decline and continue browsing. Clarity must use sensitive-data masking when enabled. Withdraw consent below; earlier cookies may remain until removed in your browser settings.

WhatsApp, Instagram and map links, verification widgets and embedded maps may cause those providers to process connection data under their own policies.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, Resend and Gmail email, Cloudflare verification, and consent-enabled analytics providers may process data needed to deliver their services. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia. Before launch, the business must document providers, processing locations and lawful transfer safeguards under Saudi PDPL. We do not sell enquiry data.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept as needed for replies, follow-up and legal obligations. A specific retention schedule and deletion process for expired messages and logs must be approved before launch. We restrict account access and use appropriate safeguards; no communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights and requests

Contact us to ask about processing, access your data, obtain a copy, correct it or request destruction subject to applicable rights and exceptions. You can withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may request suitable identity verification before fulfilling a request. You may also complain to the competent authority.
